Not too often that we play in the snow Easter week, but this year is apparently an exception. However, I do enjoy playing in the snow much more when it is 45 degrees out like it was this afternoon! We ended up spending a couple of hours outside and weren't freezing cold like normal snow playing weather. 45 degree weather obviously makes for some great packing snow, so we had to build something. Ava wanted me to build a snow Rudolph and Blaine wanted Thomas the Train. I wasn't all that confident in my snow sculpting abilities to tackle either one of those though... But I quickly learned that I wasn't going to be able to lift another wet, heavy snow ball to make a snowman though either. So our creation turned into a snow bunny! Ava had fun finding sticks and pine cones to make some eyes, mouth and whiskers. So happy Easter from our snow bunny:) And hope that spring does actually make an appearance soon!!!
