Hard to believe how fast kids grow up, but Ava graduated from preschool last night! She was very excited about her program and graduation, as were we. John took a quick picture of the kids and I before heading out to the school - Blaine loves "cheesing" for the camera!
The kids had made lots of farm animals and a tractor to be on display at the program. There are a lot of farm kids in Ava's class, so this seemed to fit them well. Ava listed a hairdresser as what she wants to be when she grows up - this has been her most recent occupational desire for some reason. Her previous desires have been a veterinarian and a clown:)Her class did a great job of singing their songs during the program - she has been practicing a lot at home recently too. From the amount of practicing, I would say that "Take me out to the ballgame" was her favorite song.
Ava was first in line, leading her class into the auditorium with Miss Jennifer.
Blaine watched some and clapped after songs and so on, but he was more interested in sitting on Daddy's lap eating snacks or sitting with Grandpa looking at tractors:)
Ava gets her diploma and a book from Miss Beth.
The kids enjoyed cookies after the program - a highlight of the night I believe. Ava took a minute for a picture with her friend Grace though before getting cookies.
