Good Read!

I just finished reading a book that I got Mom for Christmas. I gave it to Mom with the stipulation that I could borrow it back to read myself.



Anyway, The Shack is a fictional book that describes a man's personal encounter with God after a major tragedy. It is a very "unique" personification of God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit, but then again, how can any of us really know how to personify the Holy Trinity. It really got me thinking about relationships, both with God and with others in our life. Also made me think about what is really important in my life and how God uses tragedies and negative aspects in our lives for the better good and to help us grow. It is amazing how God works with our human will, when the human race makes so many poor decisions and engages in actions that He never intended.

If you are looking for a good book to read and for an insight into a relationship with God, I highly recommend this book. You can find it at Walmart for around $10.
