Fun Weekend

We had a busy, but fun weekend. After John got home from work Saturday, we headed to my parents' house for an evening of ping-pong and playing in their basement. The kids don't often get to play in the basement at Grandma and Grandpa's house, so this is a fun treat!


Doug takes on one of the girls in ping-pong while Ava and Cody are the cheer squad. And OK, I do have to admit, that I cannot tell from this photo if this is Aubrey or Samantha - my guess is Samantha though. They had matching PJs on that night, so I can't even cheat by telling their clothes apart:)


Doug is training a little boxer! As long as she doesn't learn to hit her brother and sister like this!


Then Grandma and Grandpa Rupley came over for lunch on Sunday. Ava got Great-Grandma Bert to play doh-doh with her.


And on our way home, we stopped at John's parents to see Sondra, AJ, Lilly and Bella since they were up there. Lilly had come to stay with Grandma and Grandpa for the weekend - I am sure that Sondra and AJ enjoyed a little break and Lilly had a great time.

Ava and Lilly always have fun playing together. And it was good to see Baby Bella again - oh yes, and Sondra and AJ too!
