Poop Dr Update

We made it to Indy today to see the "Poop Dr" as I had explained it to Ava.  Sounds like we have some work ahead of us with some stimulant laxatives in addition to the Miralax and it may take a while for her colon to return to normal size.  It is basically stretched out like a balloon that has been over-inflated several times.  But hopefully there are no other underlying motility or gut issues.  We will look into that later if needed, but going the conservative route currently.  We had to laugh at Ava as we were leaving the Riley parking garage though.  She asked us when we were going to see the Poop Dr.  Of course, we looked at each other a bit odd and told her that is who we just were talking to.  She replied "But he was just talking about stool!"  We both burst out laughing - guess we don't do a good job of teaching our kids more "polite" terms.  Ironically, our "Poop Dr" happens to be a friend of mine from college.  We were in a Bible study together while he was in med school (in the basement of the PU vet school) and I was in vet school and he then married one of my vet school classmates and friends - small world.
