My Little Guy Makes Me Laugh!

Blaine is just hilarious to listen to at times - he brings so much laughter and joy to our lives!  Just a few examples for you:

• Shark Teeth - He has informed me a few times now that when his baby teeth fall out, he will get shark teeth!  Hope he's not disappointed when that doesn't happen.
• Pants Down! - He has gotten good at going pee outside by himself when he needs to.  However, we need to work on pulling pants back up, as he is NOT so good at that!  Numerous times, we have found him either standing still with pants around his ankles until someone comes to help him or else waddling around with his dropped drawers!  We are also working on where to pee and where not to, as he often just drops pants wherever he is playing, rather than leaving a play area (or sandbox!) to pee out of the way somewhere.
• Pants Off - This has become a common nap time routine.  After going pee, he often does not want to put his pants back on to take a nap.  He prefers to nap in his shirt and undies - "like Daddy does."  Can't argue with his logical comparison there!  I have verified with my sitter though that he at least does not make this request at daycare:)
• Windmill Lights - He knows about the red lights on top of the windmills, but for some reason is always asking us, "What are the lights on top of the windmills for?"  The other day, I had gotten tired of answering this question for the hundredth time, so just replied "I don't know - what are they for?"  He reprimanded me for that answer, saying "No, you tell me about them!"  Maybe he is just quizzing us all the time - practicing to be a teacher.
• I'll Teach You Mommy - It was a jackpot day when we came home this afternoon - combine cutting beans across the road and a big manure spreader knifing in manure around our house!  Lots of things to watch.  Blaine later told me that when he gets bigger, he will drive a big manure spreader.  He then asked if I drove one, which I replied that no, I did not.  He assured me he will teach me.  Then told me he will also teach me to drive a semi as well:)

This little guy is so much fun!  We are continually amused by his actions and words, and we love him to pieces!
