Please Pray For Poop

Kind of an sounding title, but I would actually ask you to pray for Ava's poop!  We have had some problems off and on for the past year or so.  She will occasionally have poop accidents.  Apparently, it originally stems from being a bit chronically constipated.  Then the colon gets stretched out and some nerves get desensitized and she doesn't feel the urge to go.  Then some slips out before she knows it.  We use a lot of Miralax (poop juice as it is known at our house) to try to keep her regular and it does help some.  But this cycle continues to return time and time again.  It has been bad for a couple of weeks now, with a few accidents at school even.  I feel absolutely horrible for her when she has these accidents, especially at school because I know how bad it makes her feel too.  And there doesn't seem to be anything else I can do that helps much.  I finally took her to our pediatrician (who we have talked to about this a lot) this week, extremely frustrated with the situation and feeling that there has to be another answer than just keep giving her Miralax.  She suggested it was time to see a specialist and is sending us to Indy.  So hopefully we get some more answers and solutions from him!  In the meantime, some extra prayers would be appreciated.
