It RAINED!!!!!!!!!

Finally, we got an actual, leave puddle and mud type of rain!  We have gotten teased with a few dark clouds and sprinkles over the past month or so, but no real rain for longer than I can remember.  So we are praising God today for the good rain that we got this morning.  I can't tell you exactly how much rain we got since the dog eats any rain gauges we put out, but it was sufficient enough to leave some good puddles to splash in:)

And puddles and rain also means mud - and fun to draw and play in!

 I think Blaine knew it was time to come inside and kept hiding under the tree and making me try to chase him under there.  In the end, I did catch him and wrangle him inside - against MUCH protest!!  And both kids got right into the bathtub before lunch since they were so wet and muddy - even after I stripped and hosed down Blaine outside:)
