OK - sorry about all the complaining in the last post... Things are looking better today. The insurance adjustor has been out to check out the truck and John got the car fixed with a new battery and wires (or something like that). Blaine is coming home tomorrow and my mastitis is clearing up. I never realized you can get so systemically sick with mastitis, but I had a few episodes of high fever and chills where I felt absolutely awful! Makes me feel more compassionate for the sows and cows I see with mastitis:)
Anyway, here is another picture for you to enjoy. John brought Ava down to the hospital Wednesday evening. She still absolutely adores her baby brother! She was excited to feed him - he is still taking a couple of ounces of formula after he nurses, so John and Ava fed him the bottle. She was also intent on picking his "sock fuzz". John tried hard to convince her that it was not sock fuzz since he didn't have any socks on - just some dried skin. But Ava has some odd fascination with sock fuzz though... Ava even drew Blaine some pictures on some paper towels and the dry erase board in his room - he is enjoying her artwork:) John and Ava are headed down again tonight, so I am sure that Ava will love on her baby brother some more!
