We didn't do anything special for Mother's Day really. My parents had spent the night after Ava's birthday party. AFter we went to church, we got a quick leftover lunch at home and headed to Lafayette to run some errands and let Ava spend her Barne's and Noble gift card from her birthday. We did take a couple of pictures with Mom/Grandma before she left though. As I look through pictures, I often realize that I don't have many pictures of my mom. Guess she is always the one behind the scenes:) But we love her dearly and are blessed to have her as our Mom/Grandma!
