A friend told us about a local guy that was wanting to sell a small four-wheeler. It ended up being a great deal and it came to our house. We hadn't told the kids about this possibility, but Blaine went with John to look at it and buy it. He was pretty excited when they came home! They were both eager to ride it and learned quickly.
We did have to go shopping for a helmet since that is one of the rules that came along with the four-wheeler - you must always ride with a helmet! Both kids have been riding every day that we have been home. We have the throttle turned down so that it doesn't go very fast, but will likely be letting them go a bit faster soon as they are both riding very well.
