Seamstress in the Making!

Ava loves my new sewing machine, so we made another little project the other day.  I made one of the pant legs from the cut off jeans we used to make the skirt into a little purse.  Ava thought that was pretty cool - and still hovers over me when sewing and pulls the pins out for me as I some to them.

 Then she really loved it when I let her actually use the sewing machine!  I let her use the old towel we had been practicing on and she thought she was pretty cool stuff.  She could barely reach the foot pedal as she was sewing, but that didn't stop her:)
