Marshmallow Farmer

This little guy is always farming in some fashion.  I needed someone to watch him for an hour yesterday, so he went to the field and rode in the tractor with Rick - Blaine's ideal babysitter situation!  John told me that he learned all about fall tillage from Blaine on the way home then:) I am sure that Rick learned a lot from a 2 yr old as well!  But this morning, Blaine wanted to "build" things with marshmallows and toothpicks.  So I got them out and got him started.  Before I knew it, he was bringing all of his farm equipment to the table and wanted to combine marshmallows.  He picked marshmallow corn, filled his auger cart and semi with marshmallows and scooped them up with his skid steer.  I was amazed that farming with marshmallows could keep a kid entertained for so long, but he was loving it!
