Busy Birthday Weekend!

Wow - what a weekend!  A lot of fun and family packed into two short days - now I need some time to recoup:)  But it was worth it.  I thought that I would share a few pictures of our busy, fun-filled weekend.

All the kids enjoyed a great day to play outside at Ava's birthday party.

 Ava loved her Tom & Jerry cake that Grandma made for her.

And the pinata was a big hit with the kids!  Although we may have done a little too good of a job making it:) It took a lot of whacks to break it open!  Maybe we didn't need ~5 layers of paper mache and that many layers of paint too!  But it was fun!!!  Even the little ones enjoyed some whacks on the pinata - cousin Bella tried her best at least:)

And the kids dove for the prizes when it did finally break open!

Cousin Cody loved taking Ava for a Gator ride - I love his Case IH hat driving the JD Gator:)

 Although not all the Carroll cousins ended up spending the night, Samantha stayed and we had lots of fun on Sunday too.  We went to Fair Oaks dairy after lunch for some cow fun!  Here the girls are loaded up on the bus ready for the farm tour.  They enjoyed seeing it all.  Blaine just really enjoyed seeing and pointing out all the tractors:)

 The girls had a GREAT time on the big jumpy pillow - wore them out too.  They were both out like a light shortly after we left for home!

 Blaine found some fun things to play on too.

 Overall, it was a great weekend - I couldn't have asked for a better Mother's Day!!!!!!!!!
