Blaine likes....

It has been a while since I have posted much, but guess things have just been kind of busy around here and I haven't gotten around to it.  John is busy at work with everyone getting ready for harvest and starting to head to the fields.  In between work, I have also been running Ava to preschool.  I was also gone for a few days earlier this week at a pig conference in MN.  Then Ava went home with Grandma and the cousins after the photos session Thursday, so we have had some extra Blaine time.  We are heading over to get Ava later today, but I don't think she is missing us at all!  Anyway, I thought that I would take this opportunity to share a couple of pictures of Blaine doing what he enjoys...

He was loving playing in the laundry last night - so many things to play with!

 At least Daddy's sock is clean!  Not for long, but I am sure that Daddy won't mind a little slobber on his sock:)

 And one of Blaine's most all-time favorite things is eating!  He LOVES food of all kinds - he was enjoying the French toast I made for breakfast this morning.

He also loves:

• Crawling all over to get into things
• Bath time
• Playing with sissy
• Sucking on your chin when you are holding him
• Allie, the dog
• Swinging in the baby swing on the playset
• Stroller rides

Blaine is such a blessing to us and has been a lot of fun.  I look forward to this parenting adventure, watching our kids grow and learn.  I just hope that we can do a good job at it - no one ever tells you that parenting is the hardest job that you will ever have and how well you do your job has life-long impacts on the lives of your children.  I pray every day that God helps me do the best I can to raise these kids for Him!
