I realize I haven't posted for a few weeks, but I guess we haven't been doing much exciting at all. We spent New Year's Eve with a visit from some friends and an early evening, but then woke up at 1:30 with a sick kid. So spent the rest of that weekend dealing with Ava's fever and sore throat. Even made a trip to the ER New Year's Day after maintaining a fever of 103-105 degrees - the peds office wasn't open on the holiday, but the nurse did think she should be seen. Haven't gotten the bill for that one yet...
Otherwise, we did enjoy a "date night" at John's work Christmas party, then had fun at Bella's 1st birthday party this past weekend. And we have been finalizing the few things we needed to get ready for baby yet. I think that we are ready for him. I know that I am physically very ready for him to evacuate my body!!! I actually need another week to catch up at work before going on maternity leave though. I have been pushing to get things done for all my clients before I leave and still have a mountain of office work to get done, but am still spending a lot of time on farms too.
Well, obviously not too much exciting here, but hopefully we will have some good news to share soon when baby arrives!!
