Ava turned 2 Saturday, so we had to have a party! It is amazing how much has happened in the past two years- she continues to grow and learn so much every day. It is truly amazing and such a joy to have her in our lives. God has blessed us with a wonderful little girl!!! Ava absolutely loved her party and had a great time with all her friends and family. I thought that I would share a few pictures with you...
Grandpa Carroll is very talented with wood working and made Ava this rocking pig for her birthday - she loves riding it!
And Grandma Carroll made Ava a cool Elmo, Big Bird and Cookie Monster cake! Ava spent a lot of time before the party just staring at the cake because she really liked it:)
Lauren really enjoyed helping Ava open her gifts.
And we all had to laugh a lot when Grandpa got a bowl of ice cream later in the evening. I don't think he got to eat hardly any of it since he was surrounded by 1 and 2 year olds with open mouths constantly! But Ava, Lauren and Cody enjoyed a lot of ice cream:)
The party was extended until Sunday even since my parents and my brother's family spent the night. Uncle Dougie was helping Daddy work on his truch the next day and Ava was happy to help them - what a little mechanic!
