Busy Week

This has been an incredibly busy week, but a lot of fun too.  We have had swim lessons from 8:40-9:20 in the mornings, then hurrying to VBS from 9:30-noon.  Also throw in t-ball, busy work schedule, some extra night meetings, town festival, etc!  Blaine wasn't so sure about staying at VBS, wanting to stay with me rather than go with his group.  He stayed with his group some days and went with Ava's group some days.  One day, I just took him to daycare rather than work with him to stay with his group.  But Ava loved VBS and has also been loving her swim lessons.  

 Many of Ava's friends are in her swim class, so that makes it more fun.  She is getting better at swimming and has even been able to float on her back all by herself.  We have one more week of swim lessons, the hopefully will get several chances to practice this summer.

Blaine has not been swimming, but going with us so that he could then go to VBS afterwards.  He has been very good and has enjoyed watching sissy in the water.  But he did ask that I also take his picture when taking some pics of Ava during her swim lesson:)
